About the Role: 

This isn't a typical Regional Account Manager role, this is more of an National Account Executive equivalent, covering the wholesale channel.

  • Full P&L responsibility for £1.7m.
  • Full responsibility for JBP with your accounts at local level.
  • You will be liaising with the 3rd party field sales team to ensure the implementation of JBP.
  • Regular communication and meetings with Regional Directors and Head Office managers at least every 2 weeks.
  • Support Bestway & Batleys National Account Manager.
  • Full use of head office systems.


As a Regional Account Manager, you will have full support of the highly experienced National Accounts Team. When you join you will be inducted onto the business's world class on-boarding process, where you will be briefed on key areas of the job and have full exposure to Head Office systems to get you on that track to NAM level as soon as possible! 

 

About You: 

We're looking for someone who has a background in the FMCG industry with experience of the Wholesale and Convenience. A key requirement for this role is you must be a good relationship builder who can communicate with people from all levels and background due to the diversity of the accounts involved in this role. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous account management experience at local or regional level - displaying financial acumen.
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills across hierarchical levels.
  • Computer skills incl. Excel & PowerPoint.
  • FMCG C&C, Wholesale and/or Convenience channel knowledge.


Finally, it's key to the business that you have drive, determination and passion. It's a highly autonomous role so being able to trust you to excel in the role, while working very dependently, is very important.
