This is a high-profile role in this international blue-chip business - they're looking to recruit an experienced National Account Manager wanting to step up to manage one of their most prestigious accounts. This maybe across grocery, high street or E-Commerce, dependent upon your background. The National Account Manager will be working closely with the Account Controllers and the wider teams to continue your professional development by managing the full P&L on this complex account.  This is the personal care category with over 70 SKUs across many world's biggest brands, huge amounts of NPD make this business and category the most exciting in the business. 

These guys are posting phenomenal growth coming from their mountains of NPD and their fantastically talented teams. This is a real marketing led business who thrive on delighting the consumer and they need people who are like minded, to come in and hit the ground running. 

Culturally these guys are dynamic, they move at frightening speed and really focus on the commercials. This is a business who aim to delight internally as well as externally. They have an unrelenting and undeniable desire to progress people through the business, which means you are never sitting still for long -  unlike a lot of big blue chips. 

 

About You: 

We need the brightest minds in FMCG to come in and take the opportunity that this business is presenting. You will need to be a National Account Manager with previous experience of Grocery, E-Commerce or High Street and to have managed some complex P&L's/portfolios:

  • FMCG Experience from food/drink or consumer product.
  • Grocery, High Street or E-commerce experience 1-2 years.
  • P&L management experience to a high level.
  • Full JBP responsibility.
  • Previous CPI experience and tangible growth results in top 4 grocery.
  • Passion for product - these guys are one of the most passionate business in the market about what they do!
  • Social culture - this is a close-knit bunch who work in unison, so it's important you like this way of working.
  • Flexibility to work in an environment that runs at 100mph all of the time!
