The Company: An extremely well established company, the UKs largest manufacturer of solid and natural work surfaces. Supplying Blue Chip clients across the UK including Wickes, Benchmarx, Magnet & Ikea in addition to other retail, distribution and commercial channels.
Job Description: Currently seeking an Installations Director to oversee Installations operations nationwide. Supported by an Installations manager and reporting to the MD, the successful candidate will be playing a leading role in the on-going development and growth of the business. Heading up a team of field based installations staff and internal support stay, you will be responsible for designing strategy, maximising efficiencies and adding value within budget and as defined by scope.
The Person: You must come from a similar background and have a history of managing worksurface installations in domestic and commercial markets. This is a tactical, strategic role overseeing all operational aspects of the business, therefore experience of Right First Time, working within client SLAs and contract experience with housebuilders and developers would be ideal. You will be predominantly based at the site in West Yorkshire.
Salary Details: c£70,000pa basic + bonus, company car etc.
