National Account Manager
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, depending on experience, the National Account Managers will be responsible for a number of key and high performing accounts across the On-Trade, Wholesale or HORECA channels. You will be responsible for the development of business plans with full commercial responsibility for the delivery and achievement of budgeted revenue.
- Create, maintain and review an on-going business plan details account background, sale and profit
- Undertake effective commercial negotiations and all aspects of agreed deals are timely and well executed.
- Development of JBP's
- Utilise category management techniques to improve category mix
- Delivery of budgeted revenue targets
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre already operating at National Account Manager level in a branded FMCG business. You will have demonstrable successes within the On-Trade, Wholesale or HORECA channels. You will have a good track record of delivering results in addition to being highly numerate with an intuitive understanding of customer dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. This role is field based and you must be based in London or the surrounding areas.
