Sales Support Specialist, Personal Care Industry

You will be based in Central London and your main responsibilities for this Personal Care Industry, Specialist Sales Support job will include:
Processing customer orders, creating and transmitting order confirmations in good time and supervising those orders up to delivery.
You will also be following-up both purchase and sales orders.
As you enjoy talking with customers, you'll also be in daily communication with both customers and suppliers in regards of price enquiries, sample requests, and orders.
You'll be coordinating the creation and maintenance of SAP master data and the supervising of purchase documents and partial review of Certificate of Analysis, also, maintaining customer data and recording sales data in the CRM tool (salesforce.com).
You'll be assisting to create promotional materials and to dispatch marketing material and product information.
You'll be the local point of contact for the global IT Support team.
As local quality coordinator, you will ensure that all processes are being followed.
All about You:
You will ideally have relevant experience and knowledge in purchasing, sales and import/export, preferably at a distributor/trader in the chemical and/or cosmetics industry or Personal Care industry.
You will have a professional qualification in commercial/trading and/or in cosmetics.
You'll have practical knowledge of SAP, be highly organised with attention to detail and with a customer orientated attitude.
