The Role: The new National Sales Manager will be managing a team of around eight territory managers who sell into sectors such as e-commerce, retail, distribution and logistics. Your role involves developing, coaching and recruiting your team, as well as responsibility for managing a large national account yourself. A full company induction and product training is on offer to the successful National Sales Manager.

The Company: Due to ongoing expansion plans this cutting edge manufacturer is looking for a new National Sales Manager to join their sales team in the South East. With a £billion turnover and established market commanding status, they are in a position to offer excellent training and sales career options. This division sells a diverse range of packaging solutions and they are recruiting as they have just promoted someone internally.

For this National Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong track record of managing a field sales team
  • Any experience in the distribution sector will be a bonus
  • You will be structured with superb coaching skills, a real "people person"
