My client is looking to recruit a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager who is driven and passionate about food. This role will be a mixture of following up sales leads and creating new business sales. It will involve working with and selling to the foodservice sector from end-users to catering equipment dealers and distributors. 

You will also be tasked with selling this unique equipment to customers both direct and in partnership with distributer representatives. Customers will include those in education, hotels and restaurants, healthcare as well as contract catering, private clubs and businesses. You will be selling to customers that include head and executive Chef’s, Buyers, F&B Managers, Kitchen Design Consultants and Business Owners.

All candidates must have some sort of culinary background and ideally a Chef qualification or time served in a commercial kitchen. The role will involve giving live cooking demonstrations, so confidence around other Chefs and in the kitchen is important.

Candidates will also have experience of sales, perhaps selling catering supplies, equipment or food and beverage to the sector. Enthusiasm is key to the role, the ability to identify new opportunities and communicate the products features and benefits is essential.
