Working for a well-known and highly regarded commercial interiors organisation, who specialise in designing and manufacturing innovative, dynamic products. They are enjoying an exceptional period of growth with lots of strategic projects on the boil which will ensure that the growth is sustainable.
Looking for a Commercial Manager to be responsible for providing effective leadership to large sales teams, 40 plus people (external and internal) in order to maximise sales and achieve profitability, financial health and growth, in line with the business’s strategic plan. Sound knowledge and experience of operational P/L accountability, strong strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to implement and monitor operational plans. Develop and drive the appropriate business plan for the UK and other designated markets in line with the overall Company vision and 5 and 10 year plans.
As Commercial Manager you will have extensive sales management experience, managing large sales team and possess a successful track record at a senior level, in a similar industry – Building and Construction or Commercial Interiors. Extensive experience in specification sales and key account management is essential.
The remuneration for this role matches the responsibilities with car allowance, pension, medical, life assurance.
