Having grown significantly in the last two decades, this International personal care manufacturer is partnered with some of the UK’s biggest retailers as well as the most well-known names in the industry. Although specialising in innovative own label production, they also produce successful branded ranges that are distributed throughout the country.  As a multimillion pound financially backed company, they employ c1000 people across two countries and are now looking for their next marketing superstar to take their branded sector to the next level.

As an extremely creative role, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking new product concepts from idea to launch. This involves every element from brand name to packaging and launch strategy. This is truly a blank canvass for a strong marketer to develop challenger brands for the International market place. Reporting into the Marketing Director this position will be part of a currently 8 person strong brand team, however this person will have full responsibility for the new product strategies. The role will also involve liaising with the CEO and other senior management as this will be a very high profile figure in the company.

Successful applicants will have a strong background in the personal care industry with a strategic mind and creative flair. All rounded experienced marketers who enjoy the autonomy and freedom of working on new brands will flourish in this position.
