This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading importers and distributors of premium spirits and craft beers. They are an incredibly entrepreneurial business with a real reputation for working with only the highest quality brands. Their portfolio features a number of well-regarded and exciting brands that are well distributed across the UK’s Prestige bars, restaurants and clubs as well as luxury retailers. They are now looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join their team in London.

The role of Key Account Manager is a pivotal role for the business. You will be tasked with managing an array of Key and National Accounts as well as Route to Market partners. Your core KPIs will be to drive new business through key premium On-Trade groups whilst also extending the range within existing important customers. Alongside this you will be looked to as a senior member of the team and be expected to help develop and train less experienced sales staff.

In order to be considered for this exciting position it is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of the UK drinks industry. Those with good connections and contacts within the London On-Trade will be at a distinct advantage. Whilst this position does involve an element of team mentoring it is not essential that you have this experience – high calibre candidates looking for a step-up are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active self-starter with the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships are essential!
