MorePeople are a market leading recruitment practice and are focussed on the food, agriculture and horticulture sectors. We have been retained by a very dynamic and entrepreneurial UK and European fresh food Group to help them recruit a new CEO for one of their rapidly growing divisions.

The role is based in the south of England but covers operations in the UK and elsewhere in Europe and will offer YOU the opportunity to drive massive business growth across a huge range of customers, products and customer sectors, including retail, wholesale, foodservice and food manufacturing/processing.

LEADERSHIP is the core component that we are being asked to find as well as fabulous and highly honed entrepreneurial ability and the drive and dynamism to help exceed the very ambitious growth targets.

The right candidate………….
Will be a BRILLIANT and experienced LEADER with outstanding natural leadership qualities and capability…….leadership will be in your DNA.
Will have an outstanding and demonstrable track record of success within the fast moving FOOD arena in both the UK and overseas.
Will be highly intelligent but with excellent commercial nous and significant financial awareness.
Will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of dealing with demanding customers across retailers and the wider food industry and preferably with experience across a number of European or wider markets. Will have experience as a business winning CEO or MD or maybe will be an ambitious COO, Divisional MD or outstanding Commercial Director and are ready for progression.
