This hybrid role combines design conception and product ideation along with research into new and innovative beauty products.

The ideal person will have experience of product development as well as a background in design maybe gained in a studio or brand-side.

This is not a technical PD role its far less process-driven and will involve plenty of research (identifying potential new & innovative products) mood board creation, artwork management and packaging print management.  Benchmarking and trialling product & packaging samples.  Working closely with the in-house Design Studio to ensure CTP deadlines are met.
