National Account Manager | Food | Cambridgeshire
About Our Client:
Our client is an established international food business serving the major retailers with a number of different products. They have a great reputation for innovation and are currently looking to add an Account Manager to their dynamic team.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the account relationship.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer and business KPIs.
Working closely with the Commercial, Technical and Operational teams both in Spain and the UK, building on current partnerships.
Responsible for formulating compelling customer-led propositions to drive growth.
Working with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of NPD.
Trends and Innovation, ensuring that customers see the client as the first point of contact for product information and market information by category.
Building effective long-term collaborative relationships with our internal stakeholders and colleagues in Spain.
To become an expert in the markets.
Communicate effectively with internal teams in UK and Spain.
Management of key data to monitor and drive performance in both the customer and against internal targets.
Monitoring and evaluating performance and customer category performance.
Delivering of information accurately and on time (internally and externally).
To be considered for this role as a minimum you must have a proven track record of managing a major retailer account.
