Their state-of-the-art facilities from which they operate allows them to constantly innovate and be at the forefront of market trends. Although they have an international reach they are still a family owned business who offer great training and progression for their team.
About the Role
This role would be ideal for a commercially minded graduate with an interest in the Food or FMCG industry. You will offer support to the senior commercial team to deliver account growth and sophisticated sales pitches with detailed market analysis. Full training will be offered so previous sales or commercial experience isn't a must. Was is a must is your attitude and willingness to learn and improve your skill base. You will use your energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to get to know more about the food industry and the retail supply chain.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree standard, be a real foodie with a passion for learning. You will be highly presentable and, in time feel comfortable presenting ideas and market research to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be friendly, personable and have an enquiring mind.
As a minimum to be considered for this position you must hold a degree, have an interest in the food/FMCG industry and have a great attitude. You will need to be dynamic and be able to deal with the pace of the food industry.
In return you will be offered a salary of circa £22,000 - £30,000 as well as excellent training to kick start your career into becoming a National Account Manager.
