Field Based Role: Candidate ideally based in Yorkshire

Accessible to cover Scotland, NE England, E Midlands, E Anglia, E Home Counties

Full driving license is required

They are now looking for a Sales Trainer & Merchandiser to join their friendly team and grow the Northern region.

The Ideal candidate will: already be accustomed to a Watch background, retail landscape or Manufacturer Industry and know intuitively how to get the greatest sales traction from any store environment. The previous incumbent is imminently to gain group promotion within the business hence the vacancy now being available.

Confident with technology you are a savvy planner when it comes to managing your own workloads and you are ever looking to secure optimum results from every action. Leading by demonstrating personally best practice, be it inspiring others to sell well through lifting their product knowledge levels or by placing product beautifully within your store to maximise consumer purchasing.

Covering this expansive region (frequent overnight stays will be required) you will relish the challenge of supporting nominated sellers (Watch & Jewellery retailers) on all aspects of the CASIO Timepiece brand.

You to them are the ‘go-to specialist’ for staff training empowering their sales consultant teams to sell evermore alongside offering assistance on all matters visual merchandising related – cabinetry based or in-window.

As should be your expectation of CASIO, there are exciting new product innovations constantly being released – these need to be presented to your everyday audience and underpinned by well targeted trade marketing.

Ever conscious of retailers need to have appropriate stock ready to sell-out you will monitor levels of product within every account visited – constantly looking at sales rates and potential opportunities for growth.

You will record photographically wherever permitted the progress made – conducting full reports on each visit to be compiled for weekly Head Office review.

You will be driven, focused and able to work both autonomously and in a team with great commercial acumen.
