My client is renowned for leading edge design and combines sophisticated manufacturing with tradition craft techniques.

Detailed Job Description

Reporting to the MD the key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and deploying strategic business initiatives that increase profitability and shareholder value.
  • Developing detailed sales plans, budgets, forecasts and targets.
  • Management and leadership of the regional sales force, developing a high performing team to deliver on sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to develop new customer relationships to grow the business.
  • Define and execute through the Marketing team the Marketing and Digital strategy to reach a high-quality audience through a variety of marketing channels that consistently achieves results while driving brand awareness.

The role will be office based with an expectation of significant travel to customers in the UK with some flexibility for home working.

Candidate's Profile

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and come from a consumer products background (homewares related or luxury goods). A proven track record in developing customer relationships and growing sales with large multiple retailers. In addition to a passion for selling you be commercially aware with strong negotiation abilities.
