Hello. We're innocent and we're Europe's favourite little juice company.

Like a young Arnold Schwarzenegger we’ve decided we want to get bigger and bigger and bigger.  That means getting our tasty little drinks stocked in more and more places.  In particular we think there are lots of outlets in the foodservice sector (which includes workplace catering, leisure, universities and premium coffee shops) that are missing out by not stocking our innocent smoothies, juices and our latest products coconut water and bubbles. 

To help us we need some new faces so if you’re looking for an entrepreneurial job with plenty of responsibility and freedom to operate this might be just the ticket.

You’ll be working to develop individual sites, whilst also targeting agreements with small chains in the coffee shop, leisure and education channels.  Following an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for someone to manage South London for us – everything from Kingston through to Clapham and Greenwich.


So that’s us, what about you? We’ll be looking for these important qualities

  • Passion for selling and negotiating – you’ll love meeting new people and driving a hard bargain, and you find targets motivating.
  • Organised and proactive - you will be managing your own diary and reacting to opportunities as they arise.
  • Personable and engaging - your goal is to build strong relationships and open doors to more senior contacts in the world of foodservice.
  • Tough, resilient and persistent - people will say no and you need to react to this in a positive way.
  • Having the “commercial smarts” - you need to be comfortable dealing with numbers and negotiating like a pro.
  • Mind control - not mandatory but scientifically proven to be advantageous in any successful sales career.

As one of our Regional Development Executives you will be based in your region and expected to spend 5 days a week on the road.  We will spend time visiting you and we normally get together as a team every month and as a wider company every quarter.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an appreciation of our business and develop a robust set of commercial skills, standing you in good stead for any future sales career.   Things move fast at innocent so you’ll need to be able to pick things up quickly and figure them out for yourself when need be.

salary: dependant on experience, plus bonus and paid for travel card for your territory
