The ASDA BU has an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to drive the ongoing development and growth of one of our leading trading partners. Key responsibilities include developing shopper marketing plans, driving transformational point-of-purchase strategies, developing a library of learnings using category and shopper insights and commercialising our farmer-owned cooperative within our leading retail partner.
This role provides the right candidate an opportunity to demonstrate their skill set with a winning retail partner in 2017. Learning, and building on behaviours and an approach that is regarded as best-in-class within Dairy.
To be successful in this role you will be a graduate-level, results driven individual. You will be responsible for a broad level of business contact with an objective of bringing Arla Foods Co-operative equity to life within the customer for mutual gain. You will be highly organised with strong communication skills but above all you will have a passionate can do attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
