An exciting opportunity now exists in the Appliance Division for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager who will contribute to the development and take ownership of the implementation of the Product Strategy for the Refrigeration product lines.

Taking full accountability for the P&L of the category and ownership of the budget, the successful candidate will also manage a direct report, supporting their development and helping them to hone the core skills of a PM.

Key objectives of the role include managing the Product Roadmap of the Refrigeration category in collaboration with the Head of Product Management ensuring that monthly margin targets are met to deliver both local profit and global profit. The role will also involve working closely with the category management and brand teams to ensure that consumer targets and activity are aligned and ensuring that monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for Volume, Revenue and Sell-out are met, providing recommendations on a monthly promotional plan that will guide the commercial teams priorities in terms of sell-in.

The Senior Product Manager will also lead and manage the launch process for new products in Refrigeration, reviewing and reacting to competitor strategy, communicating insights and actions to both the UK and overseas HQ.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years Product Management experience in the Non-Food FMCG market with solid proposition development and execution experience and a very strong numeracy/commercial acumen.

You will be experienced in Product Lifecycle management experience with technical aptitude and have in-depth knowledge of developing product strategies for multiple product categories, managing P&L and delivering profitability with low margins accordingly.
