The Role: For this Account Development Manager role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business, managing an existing client database and upselling within these accounts for the company. Selling car benefit schemes as an employee benefit, you will be largely targeting the public sector as well as the private sector, including Corporates, Blue-chips and large SME's.

The Company: Our client is the leading company of car benefit schemes, who have been operating for nearly 10 years, whose expanding workforce has grown from 20 in 2012, to 175, and are looking to increase the company to 250 by 2019! With future plans to develop an online driver website.

Your Career: This role is offering an attractive package with benefits of a £45K OTE in the first year with a company car, pension, life assurance and healthcare plan included. Looking for someone with experience in cross selling and account management, and a drive for sales.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sales experience
  • Account management experience required
  • Well-presented, honest and trustworthy individual
  • Driving License
