​THE ROLE: As an Instore Specialist, your time will be spent managing existing accounts instore and offering training and advice to educate staff on your products. You will be dealing high street retailers and be speaking with managers and opticians.

THE PERSON: To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of field sales within retail or have a merchandising related background. You will need an adaptable style, a positive demeanour and be strong at building and retaining relationships.

THE PACKAGE FOR INSTORE SPECIALIST:

• Basic: £25,000
• Bonus: £2,500
• Fully Expensed Company Car
