Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

The company:

Passionate, ethically sourced, natural – this company has UK’s widest range of their product range from drinks to food to ingredients! The company are now looking to appoint a Sales Manager to manage and grow a number of accounts from Foodservice to Retail. 

The Role:  

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Wholesale, Foodservice, Retail & Ingredients 
  • Managing our international sales and distribution leads
  • Developing strategies to increase distribution in existing accounts to maximise sales
  • Managing listings and promotions for our growing product range within the above distribution channels
  • Working with the marketing team to plan in-store promotional activity through creative point of sale materials, tastings and campaigns
  • Assisting with new product launches and development
  • Tracking sales data and reporting to senior company managers

The candidate:

  • 2 years sales experience, ideally within FMCG or food product sales 
  • Keen interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Initiative and enthusiasm;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrable commercial awareness and sensibility;
  • Computer and technical literacy, with an ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • A demonstrable ability to think outside the box, innovate and think creatively;
  • Full driver’s license.
