You are frustrated as a Senior National Account Manager and looking for a challenging commercial role that will draw upon your business planning, negotiating and category management experience. This Brand occupies a unique space in the FMCG sector. It is well established, has a loyal following of consumers and is a leading player in the health and well-being category. With presence in over 30 categories from soft drinks to cakes and pasta to chilled dairy is has considerable breadth and opportunities for growth. They have an impressive Commercial Director and senior leadership team and they now need an ambitious Senior National Account Manager to drive the commercial agenda with their key manufacturing partners and also a more category based approach with the Top 4 Retailers.
You will join this team and take responsibility for developing winning commercial strategies with a portfolio of their leading licensing partners. These are some of the biggest food and drink manufacturers in the UK and you will work closely with them to enhance the brand and drive sales and profits. You will invest time to understand the dynamics of their categories and work closely with them to implement commercially robust business plans with the grocery multiples. Also, you will forge more robust direct links with the Top 4 Grocers and develop winning health and well-being initiatives.
