DKSH Business Line Food & Beverage Industry is a leading food ingredients distributor and global provider of Market Expansion Services for business partners in the beverage, dairy, confectionery and bakery, nutritional supplements, processed food and food service industries. We provide food and beverage ingredients to manufacturers in the food and beverage industry, ranging from food raw materials to food additives and institutional products. We help our customers to develop new innovative products and applications in collaboration with our valuable suppliers and our team of specialized staff.

Our success is built on our people and their commitment. We are looking for a Sales Manager – Business Line Food & Beverage Industry in our Business Unit Performance Materials for our London office in London Bridge.

Sales Manager Food & Beverage Industry

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the business development activities by growing sales, achieving through the prospecting and developing of new potential accounts, as well as supporting and developing the relationships with current customers
  • Budget and result accountability measured by targets
  • Visit new and existing customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationships (70% travelling)
  • Support our key suppliers by arranging joint visits in the UK to develop new projects
  • Regularly update and maintain projects and compile meeting reports in our CRM system
  • Work together with Specialist, Sales Support to effectively manage the day to day business


  • Relevant sales experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably with proven knowledge in products/applications such as sports nutrition, health, bakery, confectionary and food manufacturing
  • Broad network in the food & beverage industry would be an asset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to hunt and close new business
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing customer visits schedule and territory effectively
  • Full UK driving license
  • Comfortable to work from home
