Our client is a Tier One Multi-national FMCG businesses who are looking for a motivated and passionate Shopper Marketing Manager to join their commercial team.

They are looking for an individual with the knowledge to lead the delivery of effective shopper marketing programmes in to their Impulse Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of shopper marketing calendar activities.
• Identification of unique shopper insights.
• Liasing with BTL agencies to discuss creative briefs.
• Networking both externally and internally across trading, marketing, corporate and media functions and manging external stakeholder relationships.
• Management of a direct report

Key Experience

• Experience of working in shopper marketing, ideally within a Consumer of FMCG environment
• Ideally educated to a Degree or equivalent education level.
• Some experience working with wholesale customers beneficial
• Ideally some experience of line management.
• Significant interaction with marketing and sales teams and external agency contacts
• Clear understanding of key marketing mix devices and understanding of brand plans
• Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timelines
• Excellent organisational / project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projets, working to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in effectively communicating at all levels.
