Having identified the Wholesale Channel as a key driver in this growth, and the development of a new structure to support this, the business is looking to appoint a National Account Executive to support this channel. Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be given P&L responsibility for three key customers Dhamecha, Parfetts and Hyperama, , support the Channel Manager directly on strategic projects with the largest relationships, and also provide support to the Nisa Account Manager in creating a plan for growth to target new Nisa members.. This is a great opportunity for someone to step into national accounts and gain valuable experience interacting at buyer level and managing P&L’s, developing their commercial skills in order to prepare them for a varied commercial career.

You will be a strong Regional Account Executive, or Regional Account Manager, or existing National Account Executive with experience in the wholesale channel. You will have had exposure to buyers either at a regional or national level, understand how to interact with them, and critically how to build relationships and win in this particular customer channel. You may not have managed P&L directly previously, but you will demonstrate good commercial acumen and have gained an understanding of P&L management though additional learning or colleagues, and be looking to take the step into a role given you full accountability as part of your development. Fundamentally, you must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the workings of the Wholesale Channel, and the key success factors or drivers in order to deliver success.

This is a development role for this business, and we’re looking for people eager to take a step into a leading branded business in national accounts role, and who can develop and gain further responsibility quickly in role, before progressing into bigger opportunities within the team.
