We’re looking for a Commercial Executive to come and join our Out of Home Dine In team.

“What is Dine In?” I (maybe) hear you ask. This is the team that look after our Out of Home Food Service and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) customers such as Bidfood, Brakes, Compass, Mitie, Sodexo, Starbucks, Costa, Abokado and many more.

We’ve come a long way from selling smoothies in West London in 1999. Today, innocent’s healthy little drinks are flying off the shelves across Western Europe, we’re achieving meaty double-digit growth, and selling over £250m each year of smoothies, juices and coconut water.

What you’ll be doing:

As a commercial executive you’ll be working in the food service team, with a variety of contract catering, education and leisure customers. You’ll be selling new products, managing Profits & Losses (P&L), planning and submitting promotions, forecasting demand and inputting to the overall food service strategy. You’ll also support the Commercial Manager with the biggest contracting catering customers we have.

This role offers a wide variety of tasks and customers so you’ll have to be very organized and good at multi-tasking. This is therefore a great opportunity for you to show your entrepreneurial flair and run your own little business within the larger commercial team.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate commercial thinking, plus you’ll need the following important attributes:

• You need to be comfortable dealing with numbers and have a good grasp of a P&L - strong analytical skills are a must
• With a passion for selling you’ll love working with people and be able to demonstrate a longer term vision of success
• You’ll have the ability to show entrepreneurial flair in a role with a wide variety of challenges.
• You’re an effective communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility both externally and internally
• You’re personable and engaging with a proven record of strong relationship building
