A fast growing and well-loved manufacturer, supplier and distributor of licenced products is now looking to add to their team one Senior Sales Order Processor and one Sales Order Processor. his business has seen fantastic growth over the years and are a key player in the industry. You will find their products in all major retailers across Grocers, High Street and Etail where they are a valued supplier. Most recently they have developed a new and exciting division where they have introduced a dedicated Designer and Buyer.

As Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries for sales are efficient and timely. Working with an allocated portfolio of major retailers you will be required to provide a high level of customer service. The Senior Sales Order Processor will also be responsible for overseeing a team of two or three Sales Order Processors.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Creating and setting up new customer accounts and requesting credit limits with accounts
• Updating order entries
• Reserving Stock, working closely with importers and buyers to ensure orders are placed
• Arranging for shipping containers as required, prioritising urgent deliveries
• Arrange bookings for deliveries with customers who require different methods
• Matching customer purchase orders to delivery notes and updating on system
• Making daily checks to ensure stock is reserved and orders that are not on time are chased and customers are kept up to date

If you tick the majority of the below requirements you could be a fantastic fit for this position:

• Have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position for the Sales Order Processor Position
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position for the Senior Sales Order Processor Position
• You must have exceptional organisational skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Poses a positive and energetic personality
• Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge / understanding of Navision and/or similar system
