Job Details
Team management role focusing on insight & category strategy for a leading FMCG business in the South East.
Leading FMCG business with products across a range of categories (non-food), a global presence and huge brand reach/recognition.
The role encompasses a mix of internal and external work, helping teams internally to build insight into their strategy, and working with retailers on category strategy & range reviews.
There will be line management responsibility for 1 report (Category Executive).
Firstly, you'll need to love data and be fascinated by pulling out insights that guide commercial & marketing strategy.
You'll need to be comfortable engaging both internally & externally, with the commercial acumen to be credible in front of suppliers, and the soft skills to be able to engage and influence across multiple teams internally.
The business are looking for a pro-active individual who isn't afraid to challenge and shake things up - it's an autonomous business where you'll be given free reign to lead as you see fit.
