Job Details
Are you an experienced Demand Planner with experience of working within the FMCG industry? Are you analytical but with great customer service skills? If so, I am recruiting for a great new opportunity for a Customer Demand Planner to join their team due to work collaboratively with some of the top Grocers in the UK.
As the Customer Demand Planner you'll be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve excellent forecast accuracy and service levels across the UK customer base.
As the Customer Demand Planner you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities including;
- Demand planning across all brands for base and promotion brand plans including shelf and off shelf
- To pro-actively challenge customer where required, becoming advisor an to your customers.
- Using high levels of analysis in order to report of performance of varies supply chain KPI's
- To build strong relationships with some of the UK major multiples and become that number 1 point of contact for your customer
- To lead and steer collaborative review meetings with customers supply chain team
- To have a continuous improvement mindset and be a part of ongoing supply chain projects whilst
As a customer demand planner you will possess the following;
- Graduate calibre candidate or equivalent working experience
- Previous experience of working within an FMCG food business
- Previous knowledge of demand planning in a customer facing role
- Be a strong influencer and has the ability to build excellent interpersonal relationship
- Strong analytical and computer skills with an intermediate level of excel
- To be able to work cross functionally across all levels
