They are serious about what they do and they have a lot of fun doing it. They need people who truly want to roll up their sleeves and be part of the team driving the business. 

About the Role: 

Because of growth and investment in the category marketing function a fantastic new opportunity has been created. This Category Manager needs FMCG and data experience ideally with knowledge of top 6 retailers and some customer facing sales experience. 

You will create, develop and become the leader in this division for the UK category team, continuing to grow share. This is the hub of the commercial business, making recommendations based on the data, setting of promotional strategy and working very closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.  

You will need to love data crunching and really getting involved, but there is a lot of working directly with the retailers to support your national accounts and marketing teams. 

About You: 

We are looking for a forward-thinking Category Manager wanting a step change in career direction with an agile SME business within a much bigger company. Being heavily involved in shopper studies would be highly advantageous with clear understanding of a range of data (mainly using IRI, Nielsen and Kantar).

We need someone who is willing to be a bit different, good at spotting trends whilst being objective and who doesn't mind continuing to mould the culture of this fast-growing business.
