Our client is a well known food FMCG organisation based in Hertfordshire. They have huge turnover each year and growth plans are well underway for 2017. There are over 700 people working for the organisation and are continually growing. Our client really values their people and is keen to see them develop.

Description

The primary responsibility for the Area Sales Manager will be to manage, develop and leverage existing relationships/accounts whilst managing and developing the Field Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic plan in line with the local and group strategy to facilitate every growth opportunity.

Working with multiple internal stakeholders to continue to develop the presence of the organisation in the market, you will play an influential role in making key decisions! This role will be covering a patch of Northampton down to Brighton spanning from Essex to Surrey

Profile
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and developing business
  • Experience working for or with a health and beauty company would be an advantage
  • This is very much a people management role so previous experience with managing a team would be a advantage
  • Lead from the front mentality

Job Offer

£40,000 - £44,000 Basic Salary £75/85 OTE + Very Good Package
