Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a homebased Senior National Account Manager for a South East based FMCG food business.
The Business
A branded and private label food manufacturer who operate as a category leader in many of its areas, our client runs a portfolio of recognisable products alongside innovative retailer branded offerings. The future strategy for the business will be underpinned by innovation and product development in across the range to maintain their strategic partnership status.
The Role
As Senior National Account Manager you will be charged with leading our clients Asda business, an account which offers significant growth opportunities. Reporting into the Controller you will be offered a high level of autonomy in achieving success in the role, indeed an entrepreneurial approach will very much fit the bill.
The Individual
- Top 4 experience is a requirement from this role, however Asda experience is not essential
- Experience of juggling brand and own label would be an advantage, with exposure to own-label in some form being important to succeeding
- Relationship building, both internal and external is an important quality for this role
- On a personal note you will need to be willing and able to operate in an autonomous way
- Accessibility to their South East based office circa 1 day per week, the primary focus will be building the retailer relationship as such you could be based anywhere along the M1 corridor from Yorkshire down to the Home Counties.
