Job Details

Here at Field Sales Solutions, we work in partnership with some of the biggest FMCG brands out there. It’s our job to ensure that when a member of the public want to make a purchase, it’s our client’s product that’ll catch their eye at the point of sale.

That’s where you come in. Working on behalf of one of the big names in chilled drinks, you’ll be at the front line where it matters most – building relationships with independent coffee shops. They may already stock our products, or perhaps they’re yet to see the light. Either way, you’ll be the driving force that increases our chilled drinks market share. Working from the company stock van, you’ll also inherit an historic close connection with the wholesale routes to market.

 Required skills

  • Passion for selling and negotiating – you’ll love meeting new people (and discovering some sweet coffee houses!), driving a hard bargain and the feeling that only comes with smashing targets
  • Organised – we need a self-motivator with a proactive nature. You’ll be managing your own diary and call file as well as reacting to opportunities as they arise
  • Personable and engaging – your goal is to drive sales and you’ll only be able to do that by building strong, trusted relationships that open doors
  • Tough, resilient and persistent – people will say no and you need to react to this in a positive way
  • Commercial smarts – you need to be comfortable dealing with numbers so that you can negotiate like a pro.

A full category B driving license required.
