Job Details



Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely forecasts are created and delivered for assigned portfolio, new products being launched and promotional products.
  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally to understand and deliver customer requirements.
  • Providing historical and forward reporting and analysis on the specific section of business by sku, brand and customer.
  • Analysing and providing monthly forecast accuracy and inventory reports.
  • Flagging supply chain issues that could affect the business.
  • Communicating and collaborating closely with the Global teams/manufacturing sites to ensure the requirements of the UK market is met, and to ensure smooth, timely supply of given portfolio including new products being launched
  • Championing continuous improvement and best practice.


The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Previous experience in a similar forecasting/demand planning/supply chain role essential.
  • Experience working in SAP advantageous
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUM, IF)
  • High degree of numeracy and analysis
  • Able to self-manage, organise and deliver forecasts and reports in timely manner
  • Has a process improvement mentality who proactively seeks improvement
  • Thrives on challenges and able to deal and work in pressurised situations
  • Customer centric
