The role:

This role will assist in providing a high quality customer experience (both externally and internally), in line with team and business standards. The post holder will provide an effective and efficient support service, ensuring that all Key Account deliverables are completed to the highest of standards, by providing assistance to all members of the team as necessary.

The role:

Working within the national account team, you will be responsible supporting the Account Managers and Customer Service Advisors in the day to day management of the company’s national account retail customers. You will ensure the customers are receiving outstanding customer service while maximising sales opportunities by liaising with buyers on a daily basis to achieve team targets and outstanding results. Your role will include ensuring that orders contain the correct product and are effectively processed. You will work closely with the warehouse, design and merchandising teams to ensure that the right product is available at the right time for your customers.

This is an office based role but you will attend, on request, customer meetings with Key Account Sales Manager

An extremely varied role, the post holder will be involved in all aspects of the client relationship, from on boarding; completing new line forms; managing the artwork process; resolving general customer queries, delivering projects and sales opportunities and providing analytical business support wherever necessary.

The person:

Ideally with experience of working within the FMCG industry, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process with national accounts. You will have excellent people skills with proven experience of providing excellent customer service and managing order processes.

An effective communicator you should be able to communicate both in writing and verbally with a wide range of people. Able to work on your own initiative you will be able to demonstrate high levels of organisation with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

A confident and outgoing person, you will have excellent relationship building skills and be a supportive and proactive team member.
