Job Details
THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager, 80% of your time will be spent managing existing relationships with retail customers. In addition to sales, you will also need to train staff on the benefits of your blinds and the most effective way to promote them to consumers.
THE PERSON: Dealing primarily with business owners, you will need a consultative style and the ability to develop mutually beneficial business plans. Although it would be advantageous if you had sold soft furnishings previously, the key experience required is a proven track record selling into independent retail.
THE COMPANY: This business has invested in developing a strong, design led range of blinds and this has been instrumental in their growth. - Basic: £22,000 - £25,000
