We’ve got an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team.  As HR Assistant you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and contribute to the excellent colleague services of the location.

You’ll be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, as HR Assistant you’ll need to be organised, able to prioritise workloads and provide support to both employees and managers in order to achieve our business aims.  

Working closely with the wider HR team you’ll provide support in areas such as recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes.  You’ll also ensure the HR databases are updated with the latest information at all time to allow the team to track data and report on key trends as and when required. 

You will have the opportunity to work towards CIPD level 5 qualification within this role. 

You’ll likely be the first port of call for enquiries and as such need to be an excellent communicator.  You will have a proven administrative background, ideally within a HR environment, previous experience in an FMCG environment advantageous but not essential.

We’re also looking for you to have A Level standard education or equivalent and have previous experience with a range of computer software.
