Marketing Manager, Hampshire

This a 12 month fixed-term contract with for an experienced and successful Marketing Manager to work with innovative range of food products.

Officially this role is a fixed-term 12 month contract role, however there is genuine opportunity within the business for a successful person to develop in to other opportunities within the business and create a long-term career within the group.

This is a really exciting opportunity for Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities across two of the specialist business units for innovative and market leading food solutions. The role will include all aspects of communications strategy including; PR Management, Digital, Market Data and Insight, Trade Marketing, Events and Brand Management.

This is a fantastic business in food manufacturing and part of a global group. In the UK the company supplies a range of delicious and exciting products to retail, foodservice and industrial manufacturing and as a result of recent success and an increase in the demand the business is investing heavily in the manufacturing capabilities but also in expansion of personnel including key roles like this within the commercial team.

Essential requirements

• Educated to marketing/business degree level
• Strategy creation
• Digital and Marketing communications
• Brand story management
• Brand measurement
• Trade and Channel Marketing
• Creating demand along path to purchase
• Extensive marketing experience with a proven track record
• Ability to influence and persuade
• Passion for food/beverages

Ideally this experience will match with working knowledge of the FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
