An exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual has arisen within a large international spirits business. The business has a fantastic portfolio of premium brands including an award winning range of luxury whisky and a number of other premium rums and vodkas. They have incredibly strong presence in the most recognisable On and Off Trade retailers and have recently been experiencing impressive growth. They are now looking for 2 talented Business Development Managers to join their London Prestige team and continue to develop their visibility in high-end On-Trade accounts.
As Business Development Manager your key task will be to drive incremental sales through new brand listings within the premium London On-Trade. You will be responsible for a defined territory and will inherit a portfolio of existing accounts to develop and manage. There will also be a large focus placed on prospecting for new business and you will call upon a range of premium outlets including Bars, Restaurants and 4 / 5* Hotels. You will be expected to perform additional duties including networking with key RTM partners and taking an active part in brand tastings and trade events.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience selling into the London On-Trade sector. Ideally you will come from a premium spirits or alcohol background but standout individuals from other product categories will also be considered. This role would suit a confident and ambitious individual who is hungry to develop their career within a premium product category. You will also need to be a real team player and be comfortable working autonomously. This is a high profile role for the business and will offer fantastic opportunities for future progression.
