Interim Supply Chain Analyst

Our client are recognised as one of the leaders in the UK FMCG retail supply sector.

The business has had a positive restructure recently and the business is planning for growth.     
What we have here is a very stable and successful team of buyers, category managers, supply chain analysts and managers.     

An opportunity has come up for a Supply Chain Analyst. We are looking to fill this vacancy with a candidate with supply chain experience from an FMCG background.     
Experience dealing with the freight forwarding as well as supply chain and stock control is useful.     
Experience from all sectors would be considered as long as you have commercial nouse, a customer focus, understanding of UK retail etc. In this role project deadlines don't move and problems arise along the way. You will need to be a true problem solver, a big picture thinker and someone who can manage relationships and the supply chain process.     
Experience in dealing with long lead times, procurement, seasonal products is important. An understanding of logistics and supply chain is a must. Forecasting and Planning experience is useful.
We really need someone who is analytical as the role will be very analytical in nature.
