Senior Sales Manager – UK & Europe ( Healthy snacking )
Based: Home based
Salary : £80,000 - £120,000 package to include bonus + benefits
Major highly successful food manufacturing company in the healthy food snacking arena, my Client is looking to drive growth within the major retailers offering both Private label and some exciting popular licenced branded snacks for children. Having invested in a new factory, they are poised to make a significant impact into healthy snacking in the UK and Europe.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Europe, you will be an entrepreneurial self starter, able to drive and build on their portfolio of products in order to gain market share and increase profitability. You will need to prospect and close new business, identifying new growth opportunities within the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Driving growth within the FMCG food industry
- Experience within the snacking sector ( ideally fruit / nuts/ crisps )
- Experience within the major retailors, preferably Tesco, Discounters and Convenience.
- Owning P&L and demonstrating exceptional commercial acumen
- European experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication stills
- Developing strong strategic relationships with customers
- Implementing business pricing decisions
