Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be covering London & South East patches to include MK, LU, SG, HP, AL, CM & CO at EPE, and you’ll have the chance to manage some of our biggest retail accounts as well as add to our portfolio of customers.

Job duties include;

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, document returns, ensure payments, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential outlets.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities to sell the company’s product portfolio.
  • Ensure that customers are aware of the EPE brand offer, using this to maximise sales across brand and categories.
  • Ensure that customers are aware of the EPE breadth of offer across categories E.g. Breakfast, coffee, Linencare, food preparation, etc. Using this to maximise sales and open new categories within customers.
  • Ensure all trade sectors are actively covered in the territory. E.g. Electrical outlets, cookshops, department stores, garden centers, etc.
  • Ensure all postcodes within the territory are actively visited and business established.
  • Complete all reports accurately and on time. E.g. Monthly Account plans, expense claims.
  • Keep management informed of competitor activity, existing and any new product, pricing, display, catalogues and personnel. 
  • Represent that company at Trade shows and other events in a positive and professional manner.
  • Attend sales meeting contributing in a positive manner.

Requirements: 

  • Previous Account Management experience on the field (3 years+) can be from other fields 
  • Good knowledge of region
  • Hard working, pro-active individual
  • Personal, professional, and compelling phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills and pro-active
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
