The business are currently seeking to appoint an International Sales & Marketing Manager to feed and implement the agreed strategy for the International markets for which the role is accountable.

There are 5 key elements to the role:

1. Execution in given markets: establish relationships, influence etc.
2. Distributor & End Customer Management
3. Commercial Delivery
4. Brand Development: capable of building a `story` for the consumer
5. Governance

Required Skills & Experience

The role requires competent commercial talent that can demonstrate experience across both Sales and Marketing (Brand Management) as well as:

• Ideally degree educated
• Demonstrable cross-functional working
• Proven track record within FMCG
• International experience not a necessity but desirable
• Experience in planning, selling, negotiating and executing annual plans with customers
• Must live within commutable distance of Harrogate
