The Role: As Junior Business Development Manager you will be working with recruitment agencies to provide business solutions to temporary workers. You will inherit an account base that you will have to manage and develop, speaking to consultants, agency owners and directors. You will also spend much of your time promoting their products and services to new companies. As a Junior Business Development Manager you will play a key role which on performance can lead to progression in to more senior level roles.

The Company: Having been established for over 20 years, our client has exciting plans in place to grow the business. They offer a range of umbrella services and now seek a new Junior Business Development Manager to be based in the South East as they expand their sales team.

For this Junior Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales skills
  • Experience in B2B field sales is preferred
  • You will be bubbly and confident with an engaging personality


Benefits of this Junior Business Development Manager role:
  • £23,000 - £26,000 Base Salary
