Global Innovation Project Manager
Are you keen to take a leap up the career ladder? One of the best ways to do this is by gaining international experience. Our client is a luxury FMCG business that is recognised for its quality ingredients, innovative product portfolio and beautiful packaging. Due to expansion, the company is seeking multiple Global Innovation Project Managers who are willing and able to relocate to the vibrant city in which its Head Office is based. Soaking up the culture of the city at the weekends, you'll be working Monday-Friday in a fantastic, highly sought after and dynamic organisation.
As a Global Innovation Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for all innovation projects within your assigned area of the business. The aim of the role is to strengthen their newly developed PMO function and to lead and develop the company wide global innovation pipeline (across multiple continents). You will oversee the projects from concept right through to launch, maintaining your eye for detail at all times. Managing teams cross functionally, timeline management and focusing on market collaboration are all key aspects to this challenging role.
Desired candidates will be degree educated in Food Science or equivalent with at least 3 years' experience within an FMCG, innovation or supply chain project management position. Less experienced candidates will be considered if they have exceptional project management experience looking after international or complex projects. Applicants must demonstrate solid communication skills with the ability to communicate at a senior level. It's imperative that candidates can speak English.
Successful candidates will lay the foundations of this newly created function, so we are looking for people who are extremely career driven with a passion to succeed - opportunities are endless within the organisation! Most importantly, candidates need to be happy to relocate within Europe.
