Business Development Manager – Premium Spirits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading importers and distributors of premium, speciality spirits. So far in 2016 they have had huge success with a number of national On-Trade retailers and are well distributed across the premium Off-Trade as well. They offer a varied portfolio including some of the finest Brandies, Scotch and American Whiskies, Gins and Liqueurs sourced from around the Globe. They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to take ownership of their On-Trade customer base in Central London.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business into the premium On-Trade within Central London. You will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts that will include a number of prestige and high end outlets including Hawksmoor, Bodeans, The Ivy and Bar Works. There will also be a focus on developing new accounts and you will be required to implement effective JBPs with key group customers. Due to the premium and specialist nature of the portfolio you will also be heavily involved with tastings, staff training and trade events.

To be considered for this exciting position it is essential that you have a strong understanding of the London On-Trade. Those with a detailed knowledge of the premium spirits industry will be preferred but any standout individuals from other product backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
