Strategic Account Manager - Security - £50-60k + 32K OTE

The Role: Providing a first-class security and cleaning service for vacant properties, the successful Strategic Account Manager will liaise with procurement teams, corporate directors and regional managers within the retail, construction, financial services and commercial real estate markets. The role will be a mixture of nurturing and maximising warm relationships and developing new business to secure contracts worth up to £1 million.

The Company: Nationally renowned within the vacant property security and cleaning market, this UK based organisation is currently looking to strengthen its corporate sales team. With a large infrastructure in the UK they offer 24/7 local and responsive service to secure and clean over 75,000 properties in the UK annually.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Corporate sales or account management experience within the security sector
  • Ambitious candidates will do well here as there is a philosophy of promoting from within
