DR Newitt are currently working with a very well respected Food Manufacturing business in the West Midlands. They have a rare opportunity to join their Commercial Finance team.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Commercial and Finance Analytical roles within Food or Fast Moving Consumer Goods. This position could be a step up for a candidate looking to develop their skills or a move for an established candidate looking to progress their career in the future.

This is what is expected of you in this role:

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Controllers you will be a professional seeking a role with real accountability and responsibility; Ideal candidates will have experience in developing sophisticated financial analysis within an FMCG manufacturing environment.

You will be able to demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and have a naturally inquisitive mind with a desire to work in a challenging environment where change is the only constant.

Confident and persuasive, you will be expected to use your analysis to recommend actions & strategies to improve customer profitability and inform commercial decision making.

As a member of the Commercial Finance Team you will work constantly the Customer Account teams and will attend customer meetings, presentations and negotiations from time to time.
