This new role will report directly to the CEO, whilst operating as an integral part of the Senior Management Team.

 

The Export Sales Manager Role:

+ To devise and execute strategies to grow profitable international sales both via distributors and direct with international retailers, as appropriate to the market.

+ To visit key customers and markets on a regular basis (this will involve international travel).

+ Ensuring that our customer service is to the highest possible standard

+ To participate in strategic discussions to ensure future international growth

The Candidate will have:

+ An excellent track record in growing profitable international sales in a similar industry you will probably be well connected with the international housewares marketplace.

+ with business acumen and commercially astute

+ Excellent commercial judgement, (including common sense) with good decision making skills

+ Probably a minimum of 5 years’ successful experience in a customer facing and similar role, dealing with blue chip retailers and developing distributors

+ Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills

+ Ideally possessing expertise in foreign languages and also degree educated.
